This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone at the beginning of their career or a recent graduate who has gained practical experience through internships, university placements or part-time roles.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely eager to learn the operational side of ecommerce and fashion retail.
You'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the business, including merchandising, order fulfilment, vendor management and customer service, while working closely with a supportive team in a quick-paced, purpose-driven environment.What You'll DoPrepare products to go live in our backend system - uploading imagery, setting ecommerce attributes, cross-checking/writing copy,



category mapping and shipping rulesSubmit product imagery for resizing after sourcing from brandsCarry out order fulfilment and ordering packaging suppliesCarry out daily maintenance of our Shopify store, including merchandising collections and managing returns and cancelled ordersSupport customer service across email and chatAssist with vendor onboarding - sourcing product information and imagery from brandsLiaise with brands to gather information on fabrications, certifications, supply chain and sustainability credentialsWhat We're Looking ForWe're happy to train the right person.
