Strategic Talent Advisor - Contract, GovPERSOL brings together the legacy and experience of four organisations that shaped the staffing landscape over the past century: Kelly Services, who pioneered the up-to-date temporary help industry in ****; SKILLED, who crafted the staffing industry in Australia in ****; Programmed, the leading provider of operations and maintenance services across Australia and New Zealand; and PERSOL, the largest workforce solutions provider in APAC.Job detailsOur federal client is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Lead Workforce Planner/ Strategic Talent Advisor to work as part of the Program Support Section of the Funding and Disclosure (FAD) Reform Program Management Office Branch.The Strategic Talent Advisor will be responsible for undertaking work that is complex in nature, under limited direction, utilising expertise within the area of labour hire talent acquisition and contract management.Applicants must have an active Baseline AGSVA Clearance.EL2 contract equivalent, ASAP start until 30th June **** with 2x 6-month extension option.Key duties and responsibilitiesDeveloping, driving and delivering on the labour hire recruitment and retention strategies for the Program, ensuring best practice,



consistency and adherence to policiesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders/labour hire sellers and maintaining labour hire contract management discussions of both a sensitive and non-sensitive nature.Liaising with internal teams as required such as Cyber Security and Fraud to manage highly sensitive matters of contractual management.Building relationships with stakeholders to understand the remit of the sections within the Program and supporting the performance management and talent identification strategies of the Program.Identifying, prioritising and building organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes toward strategic labour hire talent identification and maintenance based on best practice.Analysing workforce trends to support and advise Program and executives in the appropriate contractual management of labour hire resources.Identifying and driving the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.Aligning performance management and reward strategies to reinforce an environment of dedication and innovation with and across business units.Who we areAt PERSOL, we connect people to meaningful work and growth.With decades of experience and a future-focused mindset, we're here to support your career journey.
