About the Role
As Project Manager, you will become the engine room of Walking Home.
Your job is simple to explain but incredibly important:
Take ideas and turn them into reality.
You'll work directly with the Founder to coordinate projects, solve problems, keep people accountable and ensure every moving part continues to move.
One day you might be speaking with food manufacturers.
The next you could be coordinating photographers, packaging designers, web developers, logistics providers or marketing agencies.
No two days will ever be the same.
If you love variety, ownership and seeing real progress, you'll love this role.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing multiple projects from concept through to launch
Coordinating manufacturers and suppliers
Working with branding, marketing and creative agencies
Liaising with web developers and eCommerce partners
Coordinating packaging, labelling and compliance
Obtaining quotes and negotiating with suppliers
Following up contractors until things are finished
Organising meetings and documenting action items
Researching new opportunities and presenting recommendations
Helping build systems and processes as the business grows
Keeping the Founder focused on strategy rather than administration
Who You Are




You're organised without being rigid.

You're equally comfortable speaking with CEOs, factory managers, designers or delivery drivers.
You genuinely enjoy making other people more productive.

Experience in food, FMCG or consumer brands is an advantage—but attitude is everything.

Within your first 12 months you will have helped:
Launch new Walking Home products
Build solid supplier relationships
Improve operational systems
Keep projects delivered on time
Allow the Founder to spend more time growing the business rather than managing it
