CSI acquires, manages, and develops industry-specific software businesses worldwide, offering them strategic direction and financial stability.Vela APX delivers finance, administration, payroll, and HR support to an increasing portfolio of software companies in Australia, New Zealand, India, the UK, and Singapore.We are growing our finance team to keep pace with ongoing expansion and recent acquisitions.About the roleThis position plays a key role within the finance function, supporting the Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller (GFC) in managing financial, commercial, and compliance matters across our software companies in the retail, construction, payroll, and accounting sectors.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality financial analysis, maintaining data integrity, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, and ensuring the effective execution of daily processes and adherence to deadlines.Main responsibilities include:Ensure the successful completion of the monthly and quarterly financial deliverables, month end close activities and associated reporting for a selected group of businesses.Assist in the preparation and updating of the Portfolio monthly/quarterly QSR reporting.Contribute to effective formulation, documentation and sharing of processes, policies,
