You will be responsible for establishing best practice stocktaking processes, overseeing POS and stock management systems, and delivering training and insights to improve operational performance and reduce stock loss.Key responsibilities include:Develop and implement group-wide stocktaking policies,



procedures and reporting frameworksLead independent stocktakes, audits and investigations into stock variances and lossOversee POS systems, database integrity and system upgradesDeliver training programs and build capability across venue teamsProject manage POS and stock management system rollouts for new acquisitionsCandidate ProfileYou are an experienced stocktaking professional with a strong background across multi-site hospitality, particularly pubs and bottle shops.
