About the opportunity:
No two days will look the same...
You might spend one day supporting recruitment, onboarding or employee matters.
The next could involve reviewing policies, coordinating audits, updating documentation, maintaining registers or improving internal processes.




If you're someone who enjoys creating structure, following things through and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll enjoy the variety this role offers.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with leaders across recruitment, onboarding, performance and general HR matters.
Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and documentation.
Coordinate governance, compliance and management system activities.
Support ISO compliance, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain registers and ensure key actions remain on track.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Coordinate external HR specialists when more complex employment matters arise.
Contribute to projects that strengthen both the People function and the broader business.
About you:
You'll likely come from an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor background and enjoy working across both operational and strategic HR.
Just as importantly, you'll be someone who:
Builds strong relationships across the business.
Enjoys improving processes and creating structure.
Is organised, practical and follows things through.
Is comfortable working with policies, documentation and spreadsheets.
Doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves when something needs doing.
Enjoys learning and taking ownership of new areas.
Experience with governance, management systems or ISO environments will be highly regarded, but it isn't essential.
