work how you work best.About the roleThis role sits within the Design team, reporting to the BIM ManagerYou'll work under the guidance of a Design Excellence Coordinator and Project Design Lead, while confidently delivering documentation independently once tasks are assignedYou'll support documentation across multiple projects, from early setup through to construction and As-BuiltsWhat you'll be doingProduce accurate, consistent and construction-ready documentation across all project stagesSet up projects in Revit, manage models and contribute to construction packs and As-Built documentationWork within established BIM workflows and documentation standards, while looking for opportunities to improve themReview and QA your own documentation before issuing for formal QA reviewRevise documentation efficiently in response to QA feedback, design changes and construction inputCoordinate documentation with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and buildabilityApply a growing understanding of Australian Standards, NCC requirements and construction methodologiesBalance collaborative work with periods of focused,
independent documentationWhat will make you ideal for the roleSkills & experience:Minimum 4 years' documentation experience, ideally within an architectural or commercial interiors practiceIntermediate to Advanced Revit proficiencyExperience working within BIM workflows and processesFamiliarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (highly preferred)Basic understanding of AutoCADBachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior DesignStrong working knowledge of Australian Standards and the National Construction CodeProven ability to deliver high-quality documentation on time and within budgetStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, even in high-pressure environmentsCollaborative and comfortable working across disciplinesA self-starter who doesn't need constant directionNaturally inquisitive and committed to continuous improvementMeticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to workWhy you might love working with usHybrid working - 2 days in the office, the rest from anywhereA purpose-driven business focused on positive impact: For All Australians; for First Australians; for Amicus peopleWe're goals-driven, not hours-driven.
