You'll be the go‐to person on‐site—scoping, coordinating, and delivering residential repairs and works to the highest standard.The actual title - Project Manager - you are free to run and organise the jobs as you see fit.
A level of autonomy unmatched in the sector.This isn't a clipboard role.
Not on the tools - you are there to manage trades, and ensuring work gets done safely, correctly, and on time.
You are the key communicator between the Insured and Insurer.
The projects vary week to week, but the quality of work and job security remain consistent.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the job from site inspection through to completionPrepare scopes, pricing,
