Specialising in residential and commercial insurance repair projects, we help people get back on their feet after unexpected damage.We recently expanded our services into Queensland and this your chance to join early, make your mark, and grow with us.About the roleThis isn't a desk job or role where you are managing one big site; you'll be leading multiple rebuild projects at once, from storm repairs to partial rebuilds and everything in between.As Project Manager in QLD, you'll take ownership across:Overseeing multiple residential insurance projects from assessment to completionManaging subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholdersKeeping projects on schedule, within budget, and to high standardsBeing the go-to person for clients, homeowners and trades ensuring trust and clear communicationResolving onsite challenges before they become issuesManaging documentation, scope changes, and financialsYou'll also help us shape how we do things in QLD, building systems, culture, and potentially stepping into leadership as the team grows.About youYou're an experienced manager of projects and people, ready to step into a role with real impact.We're looking for someone who brings:5+ yearsof experience supervising residential (and/or commercial)
