You will work with one of the world's most progressive luxury automotive brands in a modern workshop environment with access to the latest diagnostic tools and manufacturer training.
About the Role
As a Master Technician, you will be a key technical leader within the workshop, responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues while supporting and mentoring fellow technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Audi vehicles
Identify and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
Utilise Audi diagnostic equipment and technical resources to achieve accurate first-time fixes
Support and mentor technicians and apprentices within the workshop
Ensure all repairs are completed to Audi manufacturer standards
Maintain detailed repair documentation and workshop records
Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Assist with quality control processes and technical investigations
Contribute to workshop productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role,



you will possess:
Qualified Automotive Technician certification
Proven experience as a Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Senior Technician
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities across electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
Experience working within a franchise dealership environment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Audi, Volkswagen Group, or European brand experience will be highly regarded
