The Role
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager or Senior Advisorto lead the Health, Safety & Environment function across three sites located in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and Darwin.
This is a 12 week temp assignment.
Based in Brisbane or on the Sunshine Coast, you will work closely with site leadership teams to drive safety performance, manage risk, and ensure compliance across the region.
This is a hands-on role requiring regular travel between sites and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing leaders, and being visible on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HSE strategy and initiatives across three operational sites.
Partner with site leaders to strengthen safety culture and capability.
Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and company standards.
Deliver training, coaching, and support to leaders and operational teams.
Monitor and report on HSE performance across the region.
Support workers' compensation and injury management processes.

About You
Experience in a HSE leadership role within FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or a similar operational setting.
Strong understanding of HSE legislation, risk management, and compliance.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
A practical, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
Experience working across multiple sites is highly regarded.
Willingness to travel regularly between Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Darwin.
