About The Role
Tronox is seeking Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I;) Technicianto join our maintenance team at ourAtlasMinenear Balranald, NSW, about 1.5 hours east of Mildura on a permanentfull-time basis and 7/7 Roster.
The E&I; Techniciansreport to the Maintenance Supervisor andareresponsible forsafely and effectively completing preventative and breakdown electrical/instrument maintenanceacross all areas of the site.
Responsibilities
Conducting maintenance activities, inspection testing and calibrationoffixed plantelectricalequipment and instrumentationin accordance withCompany procedures and operating instructions.
The minimisation of downtime throughaccuratefault finding,and repairs.
Installing and commissioning modifications and design changes to control,instrument,and electrical equipmentin accordance withstandards.
Utilising SAP to obtain parts and complete documentation/reports asrequired.
The isolation of plant and equipment for maintenance purposes.




Participation in team projects and sharing continuous improvement ideas that may enhance maintenance, safety,process,and cost reduction.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and workmanship.
About You
Electrical Trade Certificate (essential)
Cert IV instrumentation (desirable)
HV switching certification (desirable)
High risklicence; forklift, working at heights, confined space
Fixed Plant experience andexposureworking onLV, HV and Process Control installations.
Someone who enjoys working in a team-based environment, with a desire to develop their and other teams' skills.
SCADA experience(desirable)
KnowledgeofSAP(desirable)
