CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.About The RoleCase Managers in the Court Practice stream are responsible for applying evidence-based case management practices to individuals at medium or high risk of reoffending.
This role is required to utilise case management practices to actively engage individuals and ensure responsive,
targeted interventions to assist in reducing their risk of reoffending.Key Responsibilities IncludeIdentify and evaluate factors that relate to individual offending behaviourMotivate and influence individuals in the case management processProduce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelinesMonitor individual's compliance against order requirementsAbout YouDemonstrates assertiveness and confidence in dealing with individuals exhibiting challenging behavioursBuilds positive working relationships and enjoys working in a small, close-knit teamUnderstanding of case management practices relating to complex individualsPractices modelling pro social behaviours and motivates those around themPays attention to words, expression and body language; Recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusionWhy work with us?
