They are now seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of projects and play a key role in the next phase of growth.
This is a senior, trusted position for someone who enjoys running construction operations, leading teams on site and delivering work they are proud to stand behind.
This role is based in Townsville, North Queensland.
The business is open to candidates relocating from Brisbane or elsewhere in Queensland and will support the right person through the transition.

Key responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day construction delivery across residential and medium-density projects
Manage site operations, construction programs and sequencing to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
Coordinate and lead trades, subcontractors and site teams with a solid focus on safety,



quality and efficiency
Work closely with senior leadership to align on budgets, timelines and delivery expectations
Drive consistency in construction standards across all projects
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and workforce stability
Support the development of scalable systems and processes to enable future growth
Represent the business professionally on site and with key stakeholders
About you
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager
Strong residential construction background, with medium-density experience preferred
Confident managing trades and subcontractors directly
Calm, solutions-focused and able to deliver outcomes without unnecessary noise
Values-driven with pride in workmanship and accountability
Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond the immediate project
