This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised hydropower leader and support the successful delivery of Snowy 2.0 — the largest renewable energy project currently under construction in the country.

ATB Riva Calzoni (ATB) is a long‐established industrial construction company headquartered in Italy and operating in more than 100 countries.
We specialise in the design, manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of penstocks and hydromechanical equipment for major hydropower projects.
As the primary supplier of penstocks and steel linings for Snowy 2.0, we combine global expertise with local capability, maintaining direct control over fabrication while maximising on‐site manufacturing and preassembly operations.
The Prospect
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Administrator & Document Controller to join our team on the Snowy 2.0 Project in the Snowy Mountains region of NSW.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the project through the delivery of high-quality administrative and document control services.
You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of project documentation, supporting site-based administration activities, coordinating information flow across project teams and ensuring compliance with contractual and project requirements.
Working within a dynamic construction environment, you will be a key point of contact between project personnel, subcontractors, suppliers and the Principal Contractor,
helping to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Site Administration
Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to site management and project teams, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the project.
Coordinate workforce administration activities, including onboarding, timesheet validation, payroll processing support, travel and accommodation arrangements.
Manage meetings, prepare minutes, track actions and facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders.
Support procurement and commercial administration activities, including purchase orders, invoice tracking, record keeping and general office administration.
Maintain site records, registers, administrative systems and facilities while supporting compliance, audit and reporting requirements.
Document Control
Administer and maintain project document control systems, registers, filing structures and workflows, ensuring accurate control, traceability and security of project information.
Manage the submission, review, approval, distribution and revision of project documentation in accordance with company, client and project requirements.
Monitor document status,
reporting requirements and contractual deliverables to ensure project deadlines and compliance obligations are achieved.
Coordinate document management activities between engineering, construction and subcontractor teams, providing guidance on document control processes and system requirements.
Support audits, project handover and records management activities through the maintenance, retrieval, archiving and preservation of controlled documentation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Document Control or a related discipline.
Previous experience in site administration / document control within civil construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.
Strong working knowledge of document management systems such as Aconex, INX.
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote project environment.
A proactive, team-focused approach with a strong commitment to safety.
A valid Driver's Licence and White Card.
First Aid qualifications will be highly regarded
