We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and uphold the standards our customers expect.The roleReporting to the venue and operations management, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume Thai kitchen - leading the team, maintaining quality and consistency, and keeping operations running smoothly and profitably.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily kitchen operations, service flow, and food quality across all sectionsLead, roster, and train kitchen staff to maintain performance and consistencyManage food ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships to control costs and minimise wasteEnsure full compliance with food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and WHS standardsMaintain authentic Thai recipes, techniques, and presentation standardsMonitor kitchen costs, portion control,



and margins in line with targetsWork closely with front-of-house and management to deliver a seamless guest experienceAbout youProven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Sous Chef in a busy restaurantStrong knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniquesThai language skills are an advantage, as the role involves communicating with Thai-speaking kitchen staff and maintaining authentic recipesSolid leadership, rostering, and team-management skillsSound understanding of food safety, stock control, and cost managementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentWhat we offerFull-time, ongoing position with a leading Sydney restaurant groupCompetitive salary based on experienceVisa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate (subject to eligibility and business requirements)Prospect to grow within an expanding hospitality group
