We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Manager to oversee the delivery of security operations within a high-profile environment.This role is responsible for managing day-to-day security activities, coordinating service providers, overseeing security systems and supporting the ongoing development of a mature security program.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the security function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily security operationsManage security incidents, investigations and escalation processesOversee guarding services, contractors and specialist vendorsMonitor and maintain physical security systems, including CCTV, access control and alarmsConduct risk assessments, audits and assurance activitiesDevelop and maintain security procedures, emergency response plans and operational documentationDeliver training, inductions and security awareness initiativesMaintain accurate reporting,
