We are now looking for a Hospitality Operations Professional to launch, lead, drive and manage this concept.Key responsibilitiesOversee daily venue operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentationManage and lead a diverse team of staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace cultureEnsure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policiesMonitor and manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and revenue optimisationMaintain excellent customer service standards and handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptlyCoordinate with various departments including food and beverage, security, maintenance,



and entertainment to ensure smooth operationsConduct regular venue inspections and maintenance scheduling to ensure facilities remain in excellent conditionAnalyse operational metrics and reporting to management, identifying trends and recommending improvementsPlan and execute venue events, functions, and special occasions in coordination with relevant teamsImplement and maintain operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfactionWhat we're looking forProven experience in multi site venue management, hospitality operations, or a similar management role, preferably within the hospitality and tourism sectorStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams of varying sizesExcellent knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations relevant to hospitality venuesProficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and cost controlOutstanding customer service orientation and proven ability to resolve conflicts diplomaticallyStrong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with hospitality management systems and point-of-sale technologyProblem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressureFlexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as requiredCurrent RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification and Working with Children Check (if applicable) are desirable
