We provide an OEM-agnostic conversion solution for heavy trucks, paired with a swappable battery ecosystem and a layered energy software platform.We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Manager to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of heavy vehicle electrification.
Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure our conversion kits, battery systems, and charging infrastructure comply with all relevant safety and industry standards.What You Will Do:Monitor and interpret relevant regulations, standards,



and compliance requirements in Australia and target international markets.Work closely with the engineering team to ensure product designs meet all necessary safety and compliance standards.Manage the certification and homologation processes for converted vehicles.Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and audit procedures.What You Bring:Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the automotive, heavy vehicle, or energy sectors.A robust understanding of vehicle certification processes (e.g., ADRs in Australia).
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex technical regulations.Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
