Site Supervisor — Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment

About the role
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take day‐to‐day ownership of a live commercial refurbishment project.
You'll be on site full‐time from 6.30am through to site close, with occasional Saturdays as required, running the site as if it were your own — not waiting to be asked.
What you'll be doing
Full day‐to‐day management of the site: programme, trades, deliveries and site presentation
Coordinating and driving subcontractors to hit dates
Proactively identifying issues, raising them early and closing them out — you chase the answer before it becomes a problem
Daily site walk‐throughs, defect and quality checks, and keeping the site clean, safe and compliant
Managing WHS on site including toolbox talks, permits, SWMS review and hazardous materials protocols




Clear daily communication with the Project Director on progress, blockers and lookaheads
What we're looking for
Must have:
White Card
QBCC Site Supervisor licence
Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects
Also looking for:
3+ years site supervision experience on commercial fit‐out, refurbishment or new build projects
Trade background preferred (carpentry or similar)
Robust subcontractor coordination — you exhaust your own contacts and options before escalating
Working knowledge of QLD WHS requirements; experience on sites with asbestos removal highly regarded
Current driver's licence and own reliable transport
Organised, accountable and comfortable being the one who owns the site day to day

$100,000 – $120,000 + super, depending on experience
