We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operation Manager to take ownership of our South East Queensland operations.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for overseeing sales administration, estimating coordination, customer service, project scheduling and day-to-day operational management.
The successful applicant will become a key member of our management team and play a vital role in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming sales enquiries and customer relationships
Prepare, coordinate and follow up quotations
Schedule estimators, site inspections and construction crews
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project logistics
Prepare work orders, contracts and project documentation
Assist with approvals, certifications and council requirements
Oversee project administration from acceptance through to completion
Maintain CRM systems, records and reporting
Support business growth and operational improvements
Work closely with directors, estimators and construction teams
About You
Previous experience in construction operations, project coordination, estimating or business administration
Solid organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience reading plans and construction documentation preferred
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
