About the Role

/n

We're looking for an experienced LMS Manager to take ownership of our enterprise learning platform and ensure it remains reliable, compliant and fit for purpose across a complex environment.

/n

This is a hands‐on technical role responsible for system configuration, user access reporting, integrations, troubleshooting and platform optimisation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across People and Culture, Compliance, Technology and the business to deliver an exceptional learning experience while maintain strong governance and audit standards.

The Role at a Glance

/n

/n





- Own the LMS platforming including system configuration, audience rules, user access, permissions, notifications and testing of changes before release

/n

- Manage mandatory and compliance training through accurate set up, assignment, tracking and audit ready reporting

/n

- Investigate and resolve system issues by identifying root causes across LMS, user access, data and connected systems

/n

- Deliver meaningful reporting and support system enhancements and releases

/n

- Partner with senior stakeholders and vendors to manage content, support users, maintain documentation and continuously improve the learning experience

About You

/n

/n

- Proven experience administering an enterprise LMS, ideally Percipio or a similar learning platform

/n

- Strong technical knowledge of LMS configuration, SCORM/xAPI and system integrations

/n

- Experience managing compliance training records, reporting and audit requirements

/n

- A robust analytical and troubleshooting mindset with the ability to solve complex system issues

/n

- Confident partnering ability with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes and improve use experience

/n

- Experience working in a regulated environment (such as financial services or insurance)



and exposure to learning content tools (e.g. Articulate Rise 360) will be highly regarded
