As part of this journey, we're looking for a Field Sales Team Leader to lead our B2B outbound sales specialists. This role is key in building team capability, driving performance, and ensuring we deliver strong commercial outcomes through a modern, data‐driven sales approach.

ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
/n
As a Field Sales Team Leader,
you'll lead a B2B outbound sales team responsible for generating and converting opportunities across all sales channels. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
/n

- Lead, inspire and coach a team of Field Sales Specialists to exceed B2B outbound sales targets.
/n
- Improve sales capability through structured coaching, feedback and development plans
/n
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
/n
- Analyse sales data and reporting to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
/n
- Develop and optimise outbound sales processes, workflows and ways of working
/n
- Drive performance through strong pipeline management, forecasting and KPI tracking.
/n
- Leverage tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM systems and Excel to inform decisions
/n
- Build strong internal relationships to align on sales strategy and execution.
/n/n
Qualifications
/n
/n
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
/n
- Proven ability to lead, coach or influence sales teams.
/n
- Robust commercial acumen and sales technique capability.
/n
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills (including Excel).
/n
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales technologies.
/n
- Solid understanding of process improvement or project delivery.
/n
- Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
/n/n
