As a Teaching Fellow (Counselling), you'll inspire and support the next generation of counselling professionals.
- You will be teaching subjects across Bachelor of Counselling, Graduate Certificate in Counselling, Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Master of Counselling.
- Combine outstanding teaching practice with digital capability, learning design and innovation to create learning experiences that are flexible, engaging and centred around student success.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counselling or a related discipline required;
- PhD (completed or in progress) preferred.
- Demonstrated relevant counselling industry experience is a MUST.
- ACA registration preferred or the ability to obtain registration upon appointment.
- Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environments in Higher Education.
- Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching.
- Confidence using or enthusiasm for adopting AI-enabled approaches in education.
- Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities.
- A student-centred approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion).
