About the Role
/n
This is not a traditional marketing leadership role.
/n
As Associate Director, Campaign and Delivery, you will lead the engine room of UOW's Brand and Marketing Division – turning strategy into campaigns, content and digital experiences that reach audiences locally and around the world. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and acting as second-in-command for the Division, you will lead the teams responsible for integrated marketing, creative production and digital delivery, ensuring great work gets to market at pace and at scale.

We have done the hard work of redesigning the function. The operating model is in place. The capability is there. Now we need a leader who can embed the change, lift performance and build a delivery function that matches the University's global ambitions.

About the Team
/n
The Brand and Marketing Division exists to ensure UOW is understood, chosen and championed by students, partners and communities here and around the world. As the University pursues ambitious growth and global aspirations, the Division plays a critical role in shaping how the institution shows up in market and tells its story.
/n
You will lead a team of around 20 specialists across integrated marketing, creative production and digital experience. Together, they are responsible for delivering everything from major brand campaigns and student recruitment activity to web, content, design, social and digital experiences.

What You'll Bring
/n
You have led delivery before.
/n
Maybe you've run a marketing operations function, a creative services team, an agency delivery model or a large-scale campaign management environment. Whatever the setting,
you know how to take competing priorities, finite resources and immovable deadlines and turn them into quality outcomes.
/n
You will bring:
/n
/n
- Significant experience leading integrated marketing delivery, campaign operations, creative production or marketing services functions.
/n
- Experience building and embedding delivery models that improve workflow, prioritisation and performance.
/n
- A track record of leading leaders and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
/n
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and agency management.
/n
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge, influence and negotiate at senior levels.
/n
- A data-informed approach to continuous improvement and operational decision-making.
/n
- The ability to balance strategy and execution without losing sight of either.
/n
- Resilience, judgement and a genuine passion for building teams, capability and results.
/n/n
You do not need to come from higher education. What matters is that you have successfully led a delivery function in a complex environmentwhere the volume is constant, the standards are high and the outcomes matter.
