The purpose of the Practice Manager role is to lead the practice team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations in collaboration with the Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal. You will oversee front-office functions, patient retention, financial arrangements, and compliance processes while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Additionally, you will manage staffing, rosters, performance and communication across the practice, monitor financial performance and streamline processes to support continuous growth through improvement and marketing initiatives.

What you7ll need to make it possible

/n

/n

- Experienced as a Dental or Health Practice Manager, 1 year minimum

/n

- Experienced in business and people management

/n

- Proven in organisational, administrative, and time-management skills

/n

- Exceptional in communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities,



with robust business acumen

/n

- Knowledgeable in generating income and controlling costs

/n

- Confident in handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly

/n

- Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team

/n

- Experienced in understanding and managing the practice P&L;
