Ventia in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Safety (SHEQ) Advisor to support our Rig and Well Services contract across remote Queensland sites. This roaming role requires travel between rigs and operational sites, providing hands‐on safety support and strong leadership in high‐risk environments.

You will partner with crews to embed protected work practices, conduct inspections and investigations, and ensure Ventia SHEQ systems are applied consistently.
