With a robust pipeline of work across the Toowoomba region, we're looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead the successful delivery of civil infrastructure and subdivision projects, coordinating site crews and subcontractors while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

- Managing personnel and subcontractors to meet project milestones
/n
- Maintaining compliance with construction plans and project specifications
/n
- Promoting a positive, solutions-driven team culture
/n
- Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

About you
/n
/n
- Demonstrated experience as a Foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
/n
- Experience in Bulk earthworks, civils and roadworks
/n
- ability to read and interpret construction plans
/n
- ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
/n
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
/n
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
/n
- Current Driver Licence
/n
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
/n
- Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
/n/n
