Performance Content Creator

Location: Sydney (Hybrid - Northern Beaches)

Salary: $85k–$120k + Super + Bonus

Creatives are driving performance of ads now and we're on the hunt for a Paid Social Content Producer, part creator, part strategist - who can dream up, shoot, and edit content that actually stops thumbs.

/n

You'll be behind the camera, in the edit, and in the data, turning ideas into ads that make people smile, laugh, feel something... and click.

/n

The Day-to-Day

/n

- Own paid content from concept to launch across Meta, Tik Tok & You Tube.

/n

- Storyboard, shoot, edit, and optimise creatives that perform.

/n

- Partner with performance and UGC teams to test, learn, and scale what works.

/n

- Direct creators and designers to bring fresh concepts to life.

/n

- An understanding of the difference between organic & paid content: Can film, edit, and optimise content that performs, not just looks good.

/n

- Know your way around Cap Cut, Premiere, Final Cut (or all three).

/n

- Understand the numbers - e.g. CTR and how to improve them.

/n

- Live for short-form content, testing new ideas, and levelling up every campaign.

/n/n
