The Role

/n

Cater Care seeks to appoint a Chef Manager at one of our key sites in Northern Beaches, NSW. The ideal candidate must be highly experienced in an aged care facilities kitchen, be fully conversant in IDDSI and texture‐modified diets, and possess strong interpersonal skills to liaise with residents.

What This Role Involves

/n

/n

- Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management

/n

- Stock ordering, rotation and stock‐taking

/n

- Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices

/n

- Demonstrated team management, development & leadership

/n

- Assisting the broader team as required

/n

- Regular client meetings and dietary updates

/n/n

Desired Skills and Experience





/n

/n

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

/n

- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desired)

/n

- Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management

/n

- Solid communication skills

/n

- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene

/n/n
