Job Specification
/n
As the Pharmacist in Charge / Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the dispensary team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. Your key responsibilities include delivering high-quality professional services, managing dispensary workflow, and supporting the development of your team.
The pharmacy operates on FRED dispense and handles a busy script volume. You will be supported by a second pharmacist, 2-3 Dispense Technicians, a Retail Manager,
Stock Controller, and a large front of shop team. The roster is Tuesday to Saturday without any evenings.

Skills Required
/n

- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
/n
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role would be required.
/n
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
/n
- Proficiency with FRED dispense system.
/n
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: $115K-$120K plus superannuation depending on roster 38-40hrs/wk.
