Clough in Australia seeks an experienced Senior HR Advisor / Project HR Manager to join the WA team and drive HR & IR support for the Kwinana Gas Power Generation 2 Project. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will partner with project leadership to deliver practical HR and IR support across recruitment, mobilisation, employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.
This hands-on role leads a small team, navigates Enterprise Agreement interpretations, ensures safety and
