About the Opportunity
/n
As a Project Engineer in our Minerals business, you will support the successful execution of grinding projects from commencement through to completion. You will act as the key link between clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with customer specifications, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Managing allocated portions of client contracts with a focus on scope alignment and technical compliance
/n
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout project execution and completion
/n
- Preparing and issuing technical and commercial project documentation
/n
- Supporting QA/QC activities, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs)
/n
- Assisting with logistics and supply chain activities
/n
- Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and maintaining a strong safety focus
/n
- Identifying and managing project risks through active participation in risk reviews
/n
- Monitoring project costs against budgets and supporting cost control activities
/n
- Providing accurate and timely project progress reporting
/n
- Supporting schedule development and management
/n
- Assisting with procurement activities, including demand creation and material management within SAP
/n
- Participating in internal and client project meetings
/n
- Contributing to lessons learned reviews and non-conformance investigations
/n
- Supporting installation and commissioning activities where required
/n/n
About You
/n
/n
- Engineering degree and/or at least 3 years' experience in project‐based engineering or technical roles
/n
- Experience supporting project delivery within engineering, mining,
resources or industrial sectors
/n
- Strong organisational and time‐management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
/n
- The confidence to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams within a global organisation
/n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
/n
- Robust attention to detail and a solutions‐focused approach
/n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
/n
- Experience using SAP, EDM or similar project and document management systems
/n
- The ability to interpret and understand mechanical drawings
/n
- A team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently when required
/n/n
Experience within minerals processing, mining equipment or EPC/EPCM project environments will be highly regarded.
