Required Technical Skill Set:

/n

Develop and manage Project Change Management strategy with confidence,synthesise numerous analytic efforts to draw meaningful conclusions, identify implications for recommendations, and achieve client buy-in

/n

Understand and have hands-on experience on various Change Management frameworks and methodologies. Drive a rigorous and structured approach for identifying and solving business problems that leads to strategic insights

/n

Interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels at the client side - present analysis and recommendations, facilitate workshops, and negotiate or influence on significant matters.

/n

Deliver effective and engaging presentations, with conformity to language and tone based on prescribed guidelines.

/n

Have experience and extensive exposure in performing the Change Management activities, Stakeholder Engagements, Communication, Change Agent Network Business Readiness, Learning & Development which could be demonstrated through real-life case examples

/n

Track record on how to drive and execute communication in an cutting-edge way, have the capabilities to think new, pushing boundaries, using the advantage ofdigitalization, and by using new types of channels like social influencers

/n

Able to lead the Learning & Development stream, understand the concepts and have implemented gamification and modern ways of learning, where teachings are more focussed on innovation and understanding than classroom learnings

/n





Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders within the TCS account teams

/n

Understand the basics of Agile, IoT, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine

/n

Learning. Enable culture changes in these eco systems and drive changes one or

/n

all the Industry 4.0 enablers.

/n

Must-Have

/n

Experience of leading Organisational Change Management initiatives for mid to

/n

large scale Business Transformation projects/programs.

/n

IT industry experience specifically worked in large scale IT led business

/n

transformation programs, more specifically outsourcing initiatives.

/n

4 Perform Change Impact analysis and assess Stakeholder Readiness

5 Prepare and execute Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Plan

/n

6 Perform Training Needs Analysis and Prepare Training Plan

/n

7 Identify and deploy Change Champions Network and manage it through the duration of the program
