Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Victoria is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Contemporary Volunteer Membership Model (CVMM) and drive its delivery. This fixed-term full time role focuses on shaping volunteer engagement, membership options, and governance across CFA's volunteer network.

You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate workstreams, manage risks, and engage brigades, districts and regions to ensure adoption and alignment with CVMM objectives.
