The Role

/n

We're looking for a proactive and detail focused Senior Analyst – Regulatory Affairs to join our Melbourne team on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the Regulatory Affairs function by managing the Compliance Information Requests inbox, maintaining accurate record keeping in Archer (Crown's GRC system), and collating information for submission to the regulator via Share File.

This role is ideal for a detail oriented all‐rounder who enjoys cross‐functional collaboration, solving problems, developing practical solutions, and delivering clear, insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Manage the Compliance Information Requests inbox and ensure timely responses.

/n

- Oversee the Compliance & Regulatory Affairs activity calendar.

/n

- Support the governance of GIF processes and identify risks or issues early.

/n

- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements.

/n

- Produce accurate and timely compliance reports, dashboards, and data insights.

/n

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to source information, explain insights, and support operational efficiency.

/n

- Maintain strong recordkeeping in line with legislative and privacy requirements.

/n

- Support other Team Members with administrative tasks managed through our various systems and platforms.

About You

/n

You're a proactive,



detail oriented professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys working at the centre of regulatory and compliance activity. You bring strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and the confidence to navigate a wide range of stakeholders across the business.

- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Microsoft Forms, Power BI); experience with Archer GRC or similar governance platforms is highly regarded.

/n

- Thrives in a fast‐paced BAU environment, able to quickly understand priorities and adapt to changing demands.

/n

- Strong understanding of accuracy, governance, compliance requirements, and appropriate escalation pathways.

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate technical or regulatory information for diverse audiences.

/n

- A collaborative and approachable team player with the ability to work effectively across legal, regulatory, surveillance, and operational teams.

/n

- Builds robust relationships, knows how to navigate the business, and proactively seeks the right information or stakeholders.

/n

- Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads under pressure.

/n

- Relevant qualifications in Business, Law, IT, Compliance, or a related discipline.
