We are seeking an exceptional Senior Unified Communications Engineer in Australia to join our team.

Role

/n

To succeed, you should have significant experience in telecommunications and unified communications, with expertise in UCaaS solutions like Microsoft Teams and Zoom, SBCs (preferably Audiocodes), and a desire for career growth. Your responsibilities include:

/n

/n

- Scoping, designing, and delivering UC solutions for SME and mid-sized clients

/n

- Providing remote and onsite support for voice infrastructure

/n

- Troubleshooting UC issues

/n

- Escalating complex problems within engineering teams

/n

- Managing cloud and on-prem deployments

/n





- Handling challenging UC issues, including IVR scripting

/n

- Updating technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles

/n/n

Requirements

/n

Successful candidates will have:

/n

/n

- Deep technical understanding of Unified Communications

/n

- Advanced experience with SBCs, especially Audio Codes

/n

- Proven experience with UCaaS solutions like Zoom and Teams; bonus points for Mitel, Cisco UCS, 3CX, Asterisk, Avaya

/n

- Competence in VMWare vCenter/ESXi, networking (DHCP, VLANs, HP Switches, Meraki), SIP Trunking, FoIP

/n

- Self-motivation, autonomy, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset

/n/n
