This role is open for candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Design and develop comprehensive training materials including course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.

/n

- Create engaging and interactive learning assets such as Power Point presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.

/n

- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure effective and learner-centric content delivery.

/n

- Develop training programs suitable for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments.

/n

- Stay up to date with the latest features in Microsoft Excel and evolving instructional design trends to continuously enhance learning outcomes.

About you:

/n

/n

- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Excel-based training.

/n





- Strong understanding of advanced formulas and functions in Excel, especially in the business context.

/n

- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.

/n

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.

/n

- Proficient in designing engaging content that caters to various learning styles and delivery formats.

/n

- Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.

/n/n
