Electrical Supervisors | Goonyella Mine Shutdown | 8:6 Roster

CE Group is seeking two experienced Electrical Supervisors for upcoming Raw Coal MCC replacement and HV switchboard change‐out works at Goonyella Mine.

This short-term chance includes approximately one week of pre‐work plus a four‐week shutdown. The two supervisors will work back‐to‐back on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, supervising crews of approximately eight electrical personnel.

About the role

You will oversee electrical personnel completing Raw Coal MCC replacement and HV switchboard change‐out works. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project and site requirements.





Pre‐work will include off‐site training, SOPs, medicals, online training, confined‐space training and site authorisation activities.

About you

- Current unrestricted electrical licence
- Standard 11 – Highly advantageous
- Current Coal Board Medical is highly advantageous
- G1, G8, G9 mining supervisor training is highly advantageous
- Previous electrical supervision experience
- Experience with MCC or HV switchboard replacement works
- Previous BMA or Goonyella Mine experience is highly advantageous
- Current Goonyella Mine authorisations will be highly regarded

Successful applicants will be required to satisfy site access requirements, including medical, training and authorisation requirements where applicable.

Off‐site training is expected to commence from approximately 14 September, with site authorisation activities scheduled for late September and early October.
