NEPEAN Longwall in Queensland seeks an experienced Fabrication Leading Hand to lead workshop teams and deliver high-quality longwall mining equipment. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will supervise fabrication, coordinate trades, ensure safety and quality, and mentor apprentices.
The role offers opportunities within the NEPEAN Group and exposure to industry-leading underground mining equipment, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement across workshop systems and performance.
