You'll play a key role in:

As a Site Manager, you'll lead on-site delivery across a diverse range of projects, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard and in line with programme, budget and client expectations. You'll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients to create reliable outcomes and strong relationships.

- Lead site safety, environmental and quality requirements throughout each project
- Review subcontractor safe work method statements and conduct site inductions
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities, subcontractor works and site meetings
- Develop and manage short- and long-term construction programmes with the Project Manager
- Monitor workmanship, manage defects and ensure quality requirements are met
- Maintain project records, site diaries, risk controls and delivery system compliance

What you'll bring:





You are an experienced Site Manager who brings sound technical judgement, explicit communication and a practical approach to delivery. You will be comfortable leading site teams and subcontractors while maintaining the high standards of safety, professionalism and accountability that underpin our work.

- Experience delivering commercial projects valued from $5 million or more
- Strong understanding of construction programmes, specifications, drawings and buildability
- A collaborative, respectful approach that builds strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues
- A proactive mindset, with pride in quality delivery, continuous improvement and a safe site culture
