What you'll do

/n

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor or Assistant Manager to join our Business Advisory team in our Gold Coast office. As a manager, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio while continuing to develop your leadership capability:

/n

/n

- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality advisory and compliance outcomes

/n

- Take ownership of workflow, WIP, and budgets, ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently and profitably

/n

- Review financial statements and tax returns across a range of entity types

/n

- Mentor and coach seniors, supporting them in delegation, workflow,



and development Build strong client relationships and develop a deep understanding of their businesses

/n

- Contribute to identifying advisory opportunities and adding real commercial value

/n

- Support team performance, development conversations, and capability uplift

/n

- Play an active role in continuous improvement and innovation within the team

/n/n

What you'll bring

/n

/n

- CA or CPA qualified

/n

- Proven experience in Business Advisory / Tax within a public practice environment preferred

/n

- Strong technical capability, with confidence reviewing work and guiding others

/n

- A genuine interest in developing into a trusted business advisor and people leader

/n

- Experience mentoring or informally leading team members

/n

- Robust commercial thinking and ability to understand client needs beyond compliance

/n

- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for clients

/n/n
