We're looking for an experienced Organisational Capability & Learning Manager to lead the design and delivery of strategic workforce development initiatives. This role will shape learning experiences, drive engagement, and foster a thriving culture across Feros Care.

Your Impact
/n
/n
- Lead the development and implementation of the organisation's L&D; strategy.
/n
- Design and deliver contemporary learning programs aligned with adult learning principles.
/n
- Drive organisational capability through adaptive, blended learning programs.
/n
- Champion engagement initiatives, including employee listening and feedback programs.
/n
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Organisational Development & Learning team.
/n
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
/n
- Use data and analytics to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
/n
- Manage budgets and ensure cost‐effective delivery of programs.
/n/n
About You
/n
/n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or Adult Education
/n
- 8+ years' experience in L&D;, organisational development, and culture
/n
- Proven success in leading change and capability building initiatives
/n
- Solid leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams
/n
- Expertise in instructional design and digital learning tools e.g. Articulate, Canva, Descript
/n/n
Bonus Points For
/n
/n
- Experience in aged care or community services
/n
- Accreditation in DISC, Human Synergistics, or coaching frameworks
/n
- Professional certification as a Learning Practitioner
/n/n
