We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our client, a leading Occupational Health Advisor, on a Fulltime Permanent basis in Gold Coast. They deliver high-quality medical assessments, pre-employment checks, and workplace health services to a range of industries, including mining, construction, rail, transport, and corporate sectors.

/n

In this role, you will conduct workforce medicals and assessments, ensuring employees are fit for work and compliant with relevant industry health standards.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Conduct comprehensive pre-employment/health assessments including, functional capacity assessments, drug & alcohol testing, and health surveillance checks these maybe conducted at office or client sites

/n

- Perform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicals

/n

- Maintaining accurate health records and work as part of a team to finalise compliant assessments

/n

- Work in partnership with stakeholders including Doctors and other specialised health professionals to deliver a streamlined health assessment service to candidates

/n

- Provide client centric approach to health assessments and support WHA in ongoing review and development of best practice

/n

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

/n/n

About You:

/n

/n

- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration

/n

- Experience in occupational health, workplace assessments, or a clinical background in a similar setting (desirable but not essential as training available)

/n

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team

/n

- Excellent administration and case management and attention to detail for reporting

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n/n
