Pandanus Workforce is seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to establish, grow and lead our Northern Territory operation.

This is not a traditional recruitment role.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a market, build strategic client relationships, develop a sustainable workforce operation and play a key role in the next phase of growth for a business with national ambitions.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading business development activities across the Northern Territory, developing long‐term client partnerships and growing workforce solutions across key sectors including construction, infrastructure, defence, resources, energy and renewables.

/n

Initially operating as a standalone office, you will have the autonomy to shape strategy, build relationships and drive growth, with the opportunity to recruit and lead your own team as the operation expands.

Qualifications

- Proven business development success

/n

- Strong client relationship management skills

- Recruitment, labour hire or workforce solutions experience

/n

- Experience managing blue and/or white collar workforces

/n

- Ability to operate autonomously

- Strong commercial acumen

- Exceptional communication skills
