Ability Seer are seeking experienced, reliable, and compassionate support workers to work with NDIS participants in the Canberra, Queanbeyan, Goulburn, Yass, and surrounding areas.

NDIS Modules- Worker Orientation Modules and Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals

Reliable comprehensively insured transport and driver's license

Infection Control Certificate

Ideally be experienced with supporting individuals of diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Mental Health are advantageous, or livedexperience of disability.

We are also keen to hear from any support workers with experience and expertise in supporting indigenous clients in culturally appropriate ways.

Shifts vary in duration, and opportunities are available to provide respite, and to move into our emerging supported accommodation services.
