- Excellent Casual Rates – Casual Teacher "contact" rates are $115.32 per hour.
/n
- Attractive Remuneration – Full‐time Teacher salaries range from $92,930.03 to $116,332.13 per annum (pro‐rata for part‐time), plus 12.75% superannuation and a suite of employee benefits.

- Structured Non‐Attendance Time – Full‐time and part‐time Educators benefit from approximately five (5) weeks per year of non‐attendance time (pro‐rata for part‐time), aligned to the academic calendar to support planning and preparation.

Mandatory Qualifications / Requirements
/n
/n
- Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed;
/n
- UEE32225 – Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology or equivalent;
/n
- Possession of one of the following training and assessment credentials:/n
/n
- TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
/n
- TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
/n
- TAE40110 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
/n
- TAE50122 – Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or its successor;
/n
- TAE50111 / TAE50116 – Diploma of Vocational Education and Training;
/n
- TAE50211 / TAE50216 – Diploma of Training Design and Development;
/n /n
- A secondary teaching qualification and one of the following credentials:/n
/n
- TAESS00024 – VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set or its successor;
/n
- TAESS00011 / TAESS00019 – Assessor Skills Set or its successor;
/n /n
- Higher‐level qualification in adult or vocational education (approved by TAFE Queensland);
/n
- Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided;
/n
- Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs the training and assessment provided;
/n
- Evidence of undertaking professional development in the fields of the knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning and assessment including competency‐based training and assessment.
/n/n
Proof of qualifications and industry currency/experience to be provided at interview.
/n
