Leading Hand – Estate Upkeep – Electrician

Our permanent workforce at Lavarack Barracks is looking for a Leading Hand – Estate Upkeep – Electrician to manage estate maintenance and lead a team of trades workers.

Responsibilities

- Managing an Estate Upkeep team to conduct trades work delivering estate maintenance within Defence sites.
- Capture KPI's and Estate Upkeep work performance metrics.
- Ensure all work aligns with required standards and requirements.
- Identify and manage risks associated with works delivery.

Qualifications

- General trade background with leadership and maintenance supervision.
- Working knowledge of asset compliance / management techniques.
- Current Open Driver’s Licence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory).
