Our specialised field service team are a team of professionals who offer tailored solutions, support and advice on all CAT machinery and associated products to our customers across the Goldfields region and surrounding areas.

/n

Be part of a team of Field Service Plant Mechanic and showcase your skills and experience and make a significant impact!

/n

Our Field Service team in Kalgoorlie assist in repairing and maintaining Caterpillar equipment from large mining machinery including underground, whilst strengthening ongoing relationships with multiple customers.

/n

FIFO roster:

/n

/n

- 8/6 (days) 10-12 hrs each day

/n

- Relocation options are available.

/n/n

What you'll do:

/n

/n

- Perform scheduled maintenance, servicing, and inspections of mobile mining, earthmoving and ancillary plant equipment.

/n

- Perform diagnostics and fault-finding procedures using the latest in CAT diagnostic technology.

/n

- Interpret machine data and maintain efficiency on all repairs.

/n

- Implementation of systems upgrades

/n

- Carry out product improvement plans and product support programs

/n

- Strive to uphold Westrac's SPARC values & Lifesaving Rules to ensure a positive and protected work environment.

Skills & Experience:

/n

/n

- Australian recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate with similar post trade experience

/n

- Valid Australian Driver's License and LR license (as a minimum) is essential

/n

- High Risk Work Licence - (i.e. LF, DG, WP, WAH)

/n





- Refrigerant Handling License (Preferred but not essential)

/n

- Proficient at diagnostic and fault-finding skills through CAT SIS & CAT ET

/n

- Strong commitment to continuous improvement principles

/n

- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in an isolated and remote environment

/n/n
