Technology Enhanced Asset Management (TEAM) is seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Planners to support major mining operations across Perth and Brisbane.

We're looking for planners with a solid mechanical maintenance background, proven SAP experience, and the ability to develop high-quality maintenance plans that improve asset reliability and execution. Experience across fixed plant is essential, with gold processing operations highly regarded.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Planner within the mining industry
- Strong background planning maintenance for fixed plant equipment, including crushers, conveyors, pumps, mills, screens and processing equipment
- Previous planning experience within gold processing operations highly regarded
- SAP PM experience is essential
- Mechanical trade qualification or extensive mechanical maintenance planning experience
- Strong understanding of work management, preventative maintenance and shutdown planning




- Experience developing job packs, work instructions, resource requirements and maintenance schedules
- Ability to work closely with maintenance, operations and reliability teams to optimise asset performance
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
